Tomorrow I have to stand up in front of a group of my colleagues and tell them how to do a thing.

I am flailing over what not to wear.

I'll let you know if I survive this.

You will survive. When someone asks something you don't know, tell them what a good question it is. Say you don't know and ask her to stay later so you can make arrangements for getting the answer to her when you've found out. Then move on. Always worked for me.

I considered it, because it's pretty darn empowering, but instead decided to emulate Pepper Potts.
