You can serve this over noodles or over rice. Yesterday, I made pilaf.
Onions and mushrooms, sauteed in garlic olive oil and butter.
Put them in a bowl. Added the bacon, and when it was very nearly done, added the chicken livers, that I had seasoned with salt, pepper and a little bit of soy sauce.
Finished and plated.
Chicken livers might not be to your taste, but you could do this without them easily. Takes about 30 minutes from start to finish.
