No fun
While I thank you for your responses to my Knitting Olympics query, it doesn't look like I'm knitting anything labor intensive for awhile. Finally went to the doc over my aching shoulder. Bursitis. The treatment was a steroid injection, you know the one, square size 8 knitting needle?

I'm feeling pretty gimpy, and they wrote a scrip for serious pain meds, so it must not be unusual.

The joint looks "frayed" and surgery may be in my future, although I am assured, my pitching career is not threatened. Should be good in time for golf, so my fantasy caddies are still employed.

Suxor! Good luck with the treatment.

Thanks. At the moment, all that hurts is where they shot me up, so, wait and see.

I hope the joint 'knits' back together soon.

Me too, I've switched to a wheeled briefcase in hopes that'll help.

Vicodin is my friend. Waving my arms as instructed.

Fraying. wtf. I feel like an old pair of jeans.

*grins* thank you kindly.

Ow. I hope your shoulder will unfray itself.

Me too. It's uncomfortable. Downright so.
