Chicago trip
So, what in the world is happening in Chicago the weekend of September 12?

At the beginning of August, I paid $140 to fly round trip. Now, the cheapest airfare is $410. What's up with that?

For CHICAGO? My lord, you used to be able to get to LONDON for that money.

You might look at lastminute.com. Be aware that their U.S. links are all broken. They're a U.K. company. I got a hotel room in Bemidji through them and only discovered when we thought we might want to change the reservation that none of their U.S. links work. Raphael, who has done website design, says it's a very easy mistake to make when upgrading.

Yes, I did try to tell them, but the link to their feedback page? Broken.

However, the reservations were there when we arrived and the price was excellent.
